I had an excellent experience working with Jaden Frazier at State Farm. What really stood out to me was that he wasn't just trying to sell me insurance. He took the time to actually review the coverage I already had and helped me understand where there were gaps.

During the review, I learned that some of the coverages I was paying extra for with Progressive were already included as part of my State Farm coverage. More importantly, I discovered that I did not have uninsured motorist coverage like I thought I did. Jayden pointed that out and was able to make sure I had the protection I expected to have.

He also reviewed my homeowners insurance and pointed out several areas where I was missing coverage that could have been very important if something happened to my home. I appreciated him explaining what the coverage actually meant and why it mattered instead of simply throwing numbers at me.

But one of the things I appreciated most about Jaden was how he handled the entire process. When I told him I wanted to take a day to think about everything, there was absolutely no pressure. He didn't go into high-pressure sales mode or try to convince me that I needed to make a decision right then. He simply asked when I would be available to talk again, sent me the quote, and gave me time to sit down, review it for myself, and make my own decision.

That meant a lot to me. Too often, once someone gives you a quote, the pressure starts to close the sale. Hayden gave me the information I needed and then gave me the space to decide what was best for me.

My insurance is going up a little over $100, but after reviewing everything I'm getting for my vehicles and my home, I'm completely comfortable with that decision. The additional coverage and peace of mind are worth it to me.

If I'm ever in an accident or something happens to my home, I don't want that to be the moment I discover I wasn't covered the way I thought I was.
